Boats in Containers

We have had a number of enquiries regarding shipping race boats to Guernsey in a container. This is not a problem. You need to arrange the shipping of the container to Southampton in England. Condor Logistics (http://www.condorlogistics.co.uk/) will arrange to pick up the container and take it to Portsmouth (near Southampton) and arrange for it to be shipped to Guernsey where it will be waiting for you.

You must arrange the shipping to Portsmouth and Condor will look after you from there. Please contact Kevin Walsh kevinawalsh@cwgsy.net if you wish to make arrangements and he will also get you a special price for the Portsmouth to Guernsey shipping.

Boats on Trailers

There are many options, but the simplest is to Ship your boat to Southampton, England
Condor Ferries then operate their ship for the Race Boats from Portsmouth on a daily basis. This part of the journey will be discounted by over £1,000 and you need to contact Kevin Walsh for further details.

Normal Vehicles

Normal vehicles could travel by the same route but do also have the choice of travelling by daily fast ferry from St Malo in France or Poole and Weymouth in the UK.
